本利彭学校 is seeking 较低的学校 Teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. 低年级教师必须 be able to create an engaging, 关系, and joy-filled learning environment with young students, provide rigorous learning experiences, and be 乐于创新. 低年级教师必须 have a strong work ethic, think "outside the box," and work effectively as part of a team.  

• Create well-planned lessons and teach all subjects through a Biblical worldview.
• Implement instructional activities where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
• Develop best teaching practices to adapt teaching methods, 教学材料, and learning opportunities to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
• Assess student progress through observations, 作业, 和评估, and communicate and collaborate with 父母, 其他老师, 和管理员.

• Collaborate with peers to enhance the instructional environment.

• Proficient in the use of technology.
• Have a passion for serving children and families through the high calling of Christian education.

• State Certification or ACSI Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Early Childhood and/or Elementary Education Bachelor’s degree required.
